An apology from L&Q
Dear Resident
We would like to offer you all an apology, that we were not in attendance of the recent Local Security Meeting which was held on February 9th
This was an oversight on L&Q’s side. We understand that this was a serious matter and our presence was required and so therefore we will be arranging to have a meeting with the Resident’s Association in the next couple of weeks. We will discuss the issues raised at the Local Security Meeting with the Resident’s Association and also agree on an agenda for an evening meeting which we plan to hold at the end of March/early April and will be open to all residents.
Again we apologise for this oversight and hope that we are able to move forward and address the issues raised.
