We have decided that we will trial the Sealgull Pro to see if this is effective and are currently alternative options. 02/02 materials have been delivered, await sureveyor approval to install in roof area. Job has been booked to have devices installed on roof area. Have also arranged a meeting with a specialist pest control who has managed seagulls in the area on nearby sites. Will discuss addtional measures with them |

Q2 – we are working on resolving all defective PodPoints. We have escalated this matter with the LLP for additional assistancen- 11/22 Awaiting a date for PodPoint to come and survey all Points and agree repair and maintenance plan. |
Site Visit has been scheduled for 23/01/23 to conduct survey for maintenance plan. 26/01 – two site visists have commened on 24 & 26th of jan with pod point. Intense run through of all pod points have taken place with issues reported back. Awaiting a report from pod point with works to commence. We have received 2 quotes for 2 replacement Podpoints and repairs for the rest that are faulty. Currently awaitwing approval from the LQ energy budget – the maintenance contract will go live once remediation has been completed. |

Still one door which is awaiting parts Nolan Mansions Cycle Store. 26/01 – nacd couldn’t meet appointment with nc range this week, so this has been re-arraganged. this should be completed by end of next week as the maglock has to be removed before repairs can take place then put back. 02/02 door has been replaced and painted, nacd to attend to reinstate maglock by monday 6th feb latest. Currently sourcing paint for the bike store doors / walls to be painted where the signs have been removed. Once paint has been collected, work will commence by the caretakers. |

Job was raised to DM, however it seems they may not be able to carry out repairs to this. A contractor will be sourced instead and a new job order would be raised once confirmed. Have discussed this with Maybrick who have confirmed they will be able to conduct repairs and will do this when they commence work for damaged pavement slabs |
