Date: Thursday 31 January 2019
Time: 9am – 5pm
Place: VeloPark

Lee Valley VeloPark has provided the following information for residents:

  • The event will be set up on 31/01/19 from 7am
  • The event will clear away on 31/01/19 by 6pm
  • Expected approximately 300 participants
  • There will be no road closures and no outside PA use for this event

 

 

 

Private and Confidential Event

Date: Saturday 2 February 2019
Time: 7pm – 9pm
Place: VeloPark

Lee Valley VeloPark has provided the following information for residents:

  • The event will be set up on 02/02/19 form 9am
  • The event will clear away on 02/02/19 by 11pm
  • Live TV Broadcast, expected attendance 500-1000px and 10-15 broadcast vehicles.
  • There will be outside PA use during this event
  • There will be no road closures for this event

 

 

 

Olympic Park Half-Marathon

Date: Sunday 10 February 2019
Time: 9.30am – 12.30pm
Place: VeloPark

Lee Valley VeloPark has provided the following information for residents:

  • The event will be set up on 10/02/19 from 8am
  • The event will clear away on 10/02/19 by 1pm
  • Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park event, using VeloPark land. Expected approximately 4000 entrants.
  • There will be outside PA use during this event
  • There will road closures on most of the major roads around the park, see here for further details.

 

 

 

Full Gas – March Hare

Date: Saturday 16 March 2019
Time: 10am – 4pm
Place: VeloPark

Lee Valley VeloPark has provided the following information for residents:

  • The event will be set up on 16/03/19 from 8am
  • The event will clear away on 16/03/19 by 6pm
  • Road Circuit event, expected approximately 200 riders.
  • There will be outside PA use during this event
  • There will be no road closures for this event
